Bennington Monument

Old Bennington

This iconic monument is A Vermont owned State Historic Site, the Bennington Battle Monument is 306 feet 4 and 1/2 inches tall and was completed and dedicated in 1891.  

Open for internal access May 24 to October 31.

Open Year Round for viewing.

Go for a Hike! Or how about Mountain biking?

The Green Mountains have some of the best hiking in the country!

The Long Trail, the Appalachian Trail, Southern Vermont mountain bike trails and BATS mountain bike and hiking trails are all within 30 minutes of the campground!

The Bennington Museum

Old Bennington

Open year round, the Bennington Museum houses the largest collection of Grandma Moses paintings and has thousands of other works of local and national art on display.
